lol. We used them and they did exactly what they said. They sold our house for 1% sellers side and 2.5 on the buyers. It was a pretty no frills experience, but the house sold, what else do you need?

I had a listing in April of 06 and the buyers were represented by an I Pay One agent. She was an ex Prudential agent and the transaction was quite smooth and she was very professional.
