I went inside the Norman place on Sunday. It is SO old, and lots of up and down steps. Norman is one of nicest streets in Del Cerro for sure, but this home is just old. Looks like a first owner who never did any improvements – ever. This is the same house they had a ‘huge’ estate sale a few weeks ago and sold everything in the home. Would need several hundred thousand to modernize it.
Also, the lot that is for sale is 100% NOT the flat graded lot, but a crescent shaped canyon lot that would be a fricken PAIN to do ANYTHING with.
