5892 Madra has me confused.
If I understand correctly, it was foreclosed on by a private lender earlier this month and is now again on the market as a short-sale. Why would the private lender foreclose on the house and purchase it at the trustee sale just to turn around and list the house as a short sale?

I would guess it needs $300K in work minimum.
I really like it though, I have to agree that it’s worth $400k
