5862 Madra – this was one I referred to earlier. Very cobbled up plan inside and needed lots of work. Looks like a knife falling flipper got it and now they are faced with alot of inventory some of which is pretty nice. Probably hard to get much over what they paid given its area.

It looks like they might have added a new kitchen since they bought in 2007 but not much else. It needs a lot more work and there are some akward floor plan issues. They will be lucky to break even, even selling it without a realtor.
