As regards Norman now over 2 + weeks since the steel went up. My guess steel alone was about $ 20K. Now again nothing, no activity. Sure can’t figure that one.
Also bottom of Madra ( approx 5620 or 5680 ) west side up on hill with round family room It sold last year and people started doing some remodeling. Deck out from master bedroom that never got finished. Now its for sale again. I bet a short sale or something similar. It took forever to get it sold last time.
