I mean, are you bitter that your rental turned into a foreclosure last month and now you need to move? Did I not forecast that months ago? Wait, since your old place is already PENDING as of two weeks ago, are you, perma-renter, actually BUYING?

6462 Norman has caught my eye with this recent price reduction. Why do you think the improvements were poorly done? I saw the house and overall, it seemed well done. Some people have said the house is ugly but I think it is very stately looking.

The missus and I are thrilled with our new rental pad, so if it’s all the same to you, I’d rather you didn’t track us down and come kill our housepets.
