I wasn’t the soul or sucker that entered a contract to buy Crystalaire — that house needed way too much work for my liking. I am curious though what his offer was…the owner was quite stubborn, not sure if he was budging much.

February 12, 2008 at 8:26 AM #151991WantToSellParticipant6462 Norman has caught my eye with this recent price reduction. Why do you think the improvements were poorly done? I saw the house and overall, it seemed well done. Some people have said the house is ugly but I think it is very stately looking.

February 12, 2008 at 9:36 AM #152027Rich ToscanoKeymasterYou didn’t forecast squat… as I stated in the initial post in which you outlined the findings of your creepy stalker-like investigation into my personal details, I had already moved from that house by the time you posted your brilliant insights. The missus and I are thrilled with our new rental pad, so if it’s all the same to you, I’d rather you didn’t track us down and come kill our housepets.
I’m off to my troll cave, not to return.
Do you really mean it this time? Is this just as RO and poway_seller, or are you going to create yet another persona to pimp your Yokohama Ct and Remington Rd properties?
I let a lot of your crap slide, but when you started posting fraudulent content (not the quasi-dishonest tortured logic permabull posts we’d come to enjoy, but actually pretending to be a buyer interested in a home that you are in fact trying to sell) — that’s where I draw the line. So yeah, why don’t you return to your permabull cave — for real this time.
