ParticipantThis is where i first rented when i moved down here 3 years ago. A lot of transients, in the 1 year i was there, it seemed half the units had turnover. A lot of units with multiple roommates as well which led to a lot of cars on the streets.
I ended up moving due to complaints about by subwoofer for my home theater system, thin walls, currently in a condo in University City, a lot cheaper.

ParticipantJames, thanks for the information. I actually live in university city right now and feel the same about the condo here. A lot of students, lot of multiple roommates in one unit and thin walls.
How did you find the noise from freeway at river run? Was it really loud?February 21, 2010 at 10:58 PM #516500ccutequeen
