10 percent of the mortgages in SD are not being payed on according to TRW as of feb. That’s over 50,000 properties. Some of the people have been sitting in their homes for close to two years(for free). The last government program “fixed” only 4% of what they anticipated with a 50% re-default rate. 2% success rate.
