The house is 5 years old. I haven’t checked the breaker box. We are approx 20-25′ from the next door neighbor. The lines are all under-ground.
I’m leaning towards new after the responses. The long term cost just doesn’t make sense for us to go electric.
Does the rebate cover dryers? It only shows washing machines.

Beats me then, why they didn’t wire in the 220v to the dryer.Then again, I believe that all garages should have 220v wired into them for the tools.. aka toys. π
