Yes. Again, plenty of other people destroyed their home out of anger DURING the existence of their mortgage and with INTENT to defraud and INJURE the mortgage.
My point is that is is not the first incident. Believe me. I am very outraged that this guy is a cop doing this. But as I said, why can’t the media headline “Realtor destroys home.” Why is the media targeting the cop and not realtor? Should not the realto also be held at a higher standard? The realtor should have known better.
And I just would like to have seen more people get prosecuted for all the destruction that they’ve done. I mean, this has been going on for a couple of years now and people have been getting away w/it. Now there’s a cop, so they’re making a federal case out of it.
Personally, I’m appalled that he disgraced his uniform and hope he pays for the shame he caused. But I don’t think other FBs should be off the hook either, and plenty have been.
