Yeah just stir fry in some eggs, chili garlic sauce, soy sauce and green onion and you have poor man’s egg fu yung fried rice! Granted, the eggs would add some to the cost but if you buy eggs at 99 cents a dozen on sale that would only be another $50 per year to make some protein and add flavor to the rice! Now if you splurge and add some ground pork, beef or chicken on sale to it you have a complete gourmet meal!
