today, i kinda lean toward pemeliza. interest rates will remain super-low until things are fubar. nothing will be controlled or moderated moving forward. everything will be barely under control.

October 8, 2009 at 10:08 AM #465627anParticipantpemeliza, I don’t think it’s moot at all. All I’m doing is run some calculation based on a set of assumptions. Since there are many different variables w/ many possible assumptions, ones number would change drastically. I found that some people can’t run their own numbers, so I was just trying to help them out. If they have different assumptions but can’t run their own number, feel free to post the assumptions and I can run the number for them. It’s not that hard or time consuming. Just my little contribution to the site.
