For some, it appears to mean higher average test scores. For some, it means other things.
I would submit that higher average test scores may mean that families who focus on education tend to migrate to that district, not that it is concrete proof that the district does something above and beyond other districts to improve the education of students.
If you can point me to something that PUSD does that is significantly different than other districts, I’ll be glad to reconsider my position.
