I am thinking of buying 2 bedroom condo in UTC area for investment purpose. I would like to hear from you guys based on your experiences. I know the area but I am not very experienced in individual properties. I guess Regents is good but expensive. I saw one in Venetian but not sure. In addition I would like to know the rental market in these areas for 2 bedroom condos. Any tips are truly appreciated.
