Anyone who thinks that we Americans will stand by while our Parents are denied health care is a frickin RETARD. Do you really think the Michelle Obama is going to let the President kill her mother?

The idiocy of this whole right wing argument is simply amazing. No wonder us Americans are losing economically to the rest of the world. In a nut shell we are a nation of 300 million and a good 50% are so stupid they can’t think for themselves and are currently being told what to think by a fat drugged out Entertainer named Rush Limbaugh.

What you conveniently forgot to mention is the stampede of Democrats who blindly rushed to sign the Patriot Act.

Nor did you bring up Democratic support of FISA and it’s bastard children (look up Dianne Feinstein’s involvement there, or Bill Clinton’s AAG arguing the need for minimal “oversight” of warrantless wiretapping before the Supreme Court), including the NSA’s electronic eavesdropping programs in the 1990s under Clinton.

Your points are absolutely correct. Obama is just another politician. Obama is firmly embracing the expansion of governmental power that accelerated under the Bush admin.

I don’t believe that Health Care reform is in the same class as the Patriot Act nor do I believe we will be putting bullets in Gramps.

As far as the voting of the Patriot Act you are right, most Democrats voted for it too but what you conveniently forget is the only opposition was from Democrats and the whole attitude at the time was if you don’t vote for it you are a terrorist sympathizer.

I am really disappointed at some of the actions of the Obama administration. When you give the government an inch they take a mile and they never give any of the power grabsback.

There is only one group pushing this whole lie that our Mothers and Fathers will be put to death!

There was only one political group who constantly stonewalled the Death With Dignity Law in Oregon. Liberals believe that if you have six months or less to live, certified by 3 Doctors who concur there is no cure, you should be able to die painlessly, BY YOUR OWN CHOICE, NOT BY ANYONE ELSES.

Sorry, but the Government should not have the power to force me to suffer an agonizing death from a terminal illness, nor should my fellow Citizen.
