This clown Chamberlin is incorrigible. I’m driving home from Miramar this morning and I hear this Jackass stating that owning is better than renting because as renters we’re actually the real estate taxes of the owners but he completely ignores the rent to own monthly cost ratio!!! Un-freaking-believeable…I was screaming at the radio in my car as I was driving. Sure, MAYBE the owner is cash flow…if they bought the property before 2000 or so. What major douche bag Chamberlin is. They need to take him off the air soon…
JWM I heard him today as well… However I could not listen to long as I can only take him in small doses. I caught a part of it where this guy in Coronado couldn’t get his 1.2M place to appraise.
