    thank you very much for an awesome graph, sdr. Would it be possible to put it into perspective, i.e., what are the ratios in some of the other parts of SD (say the worst cities) and some average values in the past?

    it seems like (from what i read on other blogs) that ratio of up to 3:1 is pretty healthy but any higher is bad.
