Carmel Valley – long time flipper house finally sold?

Arabella is 4000sf lot on average. Portico is 3200sf lot on average.

Both are glorified Condos. Insane to pay more than $300K for these chicken coops.

Thanks for posting the floor plan. Some questions: these houses don’t have a living room ? Am I missing something ?

I’ve never been to those houses. I guess they just have a big family room.

I do have to say that the dining room at the front is a little odd.
