For those of you interested in Derby Hill, there was 2 sold in the past few weeks for what I would consider low prices (relative to what the owners paid for them new and similar homes sold in other areas). Both needed to sell fast, so priced aggressively. So if you are interested in Derby Hill, you may get your wish of a DH at a good price if you are quick.
