. . . I’ll try to drive by that Ramsay property sometime this month after I am done with all my tasks for December… I think that property looks quite nice, reasonably updated and being a single story (I am used to looking at only 2-story house) that square footage might just be enough with a decent floor plan – the room sizes seem ok. And it has a good-sized yard. What it may not have is storage, and the 2nd car garage (where you can have more storage :)). Those are not major drawbacks from my perspective and I could live with those. Location is great.
A 9×12′ storage shed is about $300 to $400 at Sears or Home Depot. This could suffice until you could enlarge a smaller home or smaller garage. Who knows, there may already been one at Ramsay that will convey. The backyard certainly seems big enough for a larger shed or two 9×12’s and still have room for your kids to play.

I am not buying yet for another 6-12 months. Most likely it will be 2012. But yes,a storage shed is an idea. Let’s wait until I drive by it. I was in that general neighborhood once a few years back and I seem to remember that I was ok-ish, but wasn’t that impressed with the general aspect of the street – not that well-kept, various vehicles parked on the street, that were not SUVs and sedans. But I could be wrong and neighborhoods can vary from block to block, so I’ll go see this one.
