ParticipantBut………..since foreclosed homes that have reverted to REO’s are recorded as a sale at the existing loan balance at the time of the foreclosure…………..it doesn’t appear that we’re getting a very clear picture……..as this would skew the numbers UP………

As far as I can tell the U-T editors either didn’t read the reporter’s notes or they did read them and they decided to rewrite the story so they could put that headline up.
