ParticipantJust looked at pages 49 to 51. All the dots are clustered in South East SD area. The other areas actually dont look all that big. Each one of those dots is covering a rather large area.
Wishe we could get the SD line on page 29 to see how it compares to CA overall.

Even if it resets, govt would do everything to keep the housing prices stable,
so don’t wait for a precipitous fall in prices for san diego.
