It’s a strange time to have a big downpayment burning a hole in your savings account….I’m seeing these killer deals pop up all over the place in Temecula, but I work in SD and I’m not seeing SEH budge as much as I’d like, still 10-15% overpriced there IMHO. I might be able to swing a telecommute 2-3 days a week which would make Temecula much less painful.

A couple/three weeks ago when Bear Stearns played out their drama and many were feeling all nervous, I actually felt that the next big bang was weeks away, when many would no longer be watching.

Have the zombies gone back to sleep yet? I am not sure. When they have, you can bet there is gonna be a rift in the space time continuum of our economic reality.
