    Manmom where you been man? Haven’t seen you post for awhile. The MLS has it closed on 1/9/08 for 635,800. We wish it was for 417k my friend.

    Now I will say that looking at the realist tax roll there are some peculiarities with regards to the deed activities but it looks to me like family stuff. Anyways even on sdlookup it says 635k on the sale so… I am a bit puzzled where you saw the 417k.

    I live nearby and have seen this house. The buyer got ripped off.

    It had been on the market for about 8 months, too.

    Hey, SD Realtor, thanks for the info, been busy with kid stuff…three boys in sports is killing us. I found the info at SDlookup…under the daily changes, it had this a s a closed sale at $417. They must have gotten that wrong.

    Hey, SD Realtor, thanks for the info, been busy with kid stuff…three boys in sports is killing us. I found the info at SDlookup…under the daily changes, it had this a s a closed sale at $417. They must have gotten that wrong.

    Your scaring me Man…. I have two boys of toddling age and we are thinking of having a third… They will also be into sports…You and Rustico and in the 3 boys club.
