If it hasn’t been listed on the MLS any idea how many other REO’s are for sale and aren’t listed either?

The address is actually 7964 Mission Center Ct #N, They have it listed as 7964 Mission Center Rd #N

But either way I can’t seem to find an MLS# anywhere. Does the bank or the Realtors just not want it listed or what?

It looks like the banks owned it for over 3 months and at this point units of its size are listed for 10-20K lower by other banks.

MLS# is 080057446, and it’s been pending so long that it went off “recent changes” on SDLookup. (At least a week) Selling agent must have accidentally reposted the listing on Craigslist.

Thanks, I must have missed it. I know most of the “crap” around there, but those pics didn’t look familiar to me.

speaking of realtors, I happened to overhear the discussion in the next barber chair over today…the realtor was asked about how his business was doing (in PQ) and he replied that things had slowed down dramatically from him selling 2 houses a month to having recently gone 8 months before making his most recent sale….i couldn’t resist–i glanced over at him at smugly said “wow, when you think of it, you’ve gone from selling 24 houses in one year to selling 24 houses in 16 years” needless to say, he had no response and he left looking as if I had just shot his pet pony!

this is starting to get good!
