Contraman – Let me first say that I don’t have any association with You Walk Away, or any other real estate company. Having said that, I don’t think it’s particularly fair for you to recommend one company and then tell another poster they can’t solicit business. Seems to me, that as long as a poster is brief, polite, and doesn’t spam the board, it should be okay for them to post their contact info and offer their services.
I guess, since this is Rich’s board, it’s more his call and since I don’t have a service to sell on this board, it ultimately doesn’t matter to me. However, I for one always like to know what services are available to me if I should need them. And so, I don’t particularly feel you should be running people off the board for simple posts offering their services.
