Trust me, I agree with all of you guys in terms of the market being overpriced.
I actually expect the price to drop another $50K or more. But when will that happen, with all this government meddling?? I’m just coming to the point where I feel it’s not gonna matter that much since we plan to live in San Diego as long as we can. Another way to look at it is that yeah another house may come on the market $50K or even %100K cheaper a year from now, but how can I be sure that it’ll be this “perfect” again and that we can actually get it?
It’s a shame that one has to stretch this much financially to buy a dream house in California.
By the way, I did a search for comparable houses on the market in the region and found none, well other than 3 short sales! And we all know the chance of getting short sale.October 14, 2009 at 9:27 AM #468799nocommonsenseParticipantTrust me, I agree with all of you guys in terms of the market being overpriced.
