Is your new home part of the phase 4A release homes of Chanteclair? It’d be interesting to see how prices will be when Cal West releases pricing for Andalucia and Monteluz (more new home supply in 4S). I think they will be in the 700s though with their larger lots.
What street are those houses on? With so many new houses on the drawing board, do you guys really think the builders will start them above $700k? I read even Silhouette is coming back!

(i.e. $38,810K * 5% intereste rate = $208.34/mo. = $2,500/yr.)

October 16, 2009 at 12:14 AM #469769joestoolParticipant
What do you do in a “$40000 vacation”? $4000 is more reasonable for me. If for staycation, $400 is enough.
$40,000 = 5 star hotel suite in Macau with unlimited access to executive lounge, open bar, and a decent supply of cocaine and top shelf escorts in (and out of) Prada dresses.
$4000 = weekend in Vegas, hotel “suite” at the Rio, with complementary breakfast buffet, $50 in match play at the $5 table and some skanky UNLV dropout slut from Sharkey’s who’s just a little too proud of her Coach bag and clear plastic heeled shoes from Saks Outlet.
$400 = run to the local store for a refrigerator stocked up and ready for a full 24hrs of blissful farting up the lazy-boy while taking in some premium pay-per-view
