Just wanted to chime in after not visiting this site for months. We recently bought in Park Village (hence not visiting the site so much) and love it. I’ve lived all over San Diego including Scripps Ranch and MM and consider PQ a step up. Of course I might be biased a bit after just settling here. Big plus is the Poway school district and the well established neighborhoods. Three of our neighbors have been here since the homes were first built in the mid-80’s which you don’t find too often. It’s safe, clean and very different from the other communities we’ve lived in.
Did you see the other listing on Amaranth recently? I think it listed for $399K, but imagine it might go for more.
