No real offense intended on my part either, to anyone.
You don’t spend much time here but it is a pretty raucous crowd. Many of us probably just see it as a blog and let it rip.Some would prefer only the “polite at all cost” types participate. Make a case for a reasonable price based on market trends, conditions, and current/historical data.
It’s not hard to make a case that prices will drop 50% from peak, and more and more people are starting to actually believe it.
Convince the seller that they could be holding onto it until they drop it that low anyway, and a 30% below asking offer might not sound so bad.
