ParticipantDataAgent,
I would not mind doing that at all. The point is he wants no less than the full commission.

ParticipantUnfortunately that is part of being in this crazy business. Sometimes you work hard and get paid nothing. I walked away from a listing last week because I was disgusted with my client. I got his short sale approved and had a clear route to getting his property sold. After a couple months of working with him I didnt trust a word out of his mouth. He lied about everything and took no responsibility or blame for his problems. I couldnt condemn him but I had so much distaste for him that I couldnt bear to help him anymore. In my eyes he deserves everything he has coming to him and I hope he gets it. OK, end of rant…
He didnt find the property, he didnt show you the property and he’s not the procurring cause of the sale of the property. He can go pound sand if that is what you think he deserves.
