I have found that lots of folks, once they choose the dark side and jump over to supporting foriegn brands, they embark on a quest to justify thier decision. One way they attempt to do that is to make absurd over-statements………

I don’t want lots of money to be kept in America. I want it to go away. The dollar may be stronger this way. .
June 1, 2009 at 9:51 AM #408492Rt.66ParticipantI have found that lots of folks, once they choose the dark side and jump over to supporting foriegn brands, they embark on a quest to justify thier decision. In any case, we are going a little OT. I challenge you guys for a month to buy American, or at least not Chinese. As the first reply posted, good luck. But try!
It’s a great plan. But let’s not stop at small ticket items. If consumers show a preference for US made products then industry will evolve to meet that need.
