    It comes in handy sometimes. I found my wife on Craig’s List. Oh and I once sold some concert tickets.

    Who makes 45K and drives a B-mer? It’s unaffordable.
    The overgeneralization…as was stated.

    It’s actually pretty easy to afford a luxury car. If you live within your means in other areas (debt-free otherwise, don’t live in a palace, etc.), a $400-$500 car payment is easy and in my opinion not a poor financial decision as long as it doesn’t interfere with more serious goals. If you’re a car enthusiast and it makes you happy, more power to you. $470ish/mo will get you a 335i lease, or buy a 328i with $7k down.

    But yeah the guy who wrote the ad is obviously bitter about something.
