April 1, 2008 at 2:23 PM #179347SHILOHParticipantI remember about a year ago when New Century imploded, I read that at it’s peak, the employees were making loads of money just for “showing up.” NC is like CW…benefit from the same stupid lending practices and yet, people like those in this article raked in a lot of $$$ and still blew it away. They don’t evoke one drop of sympathy from me. Especially since they were up close and personal with the industry.
