Congrats. My wife and I are also looking in that area in 92130. I wish there were more properties on the market. We’ve been looking the past year or so in that area at 4/5 bedroom places and not too much we are seeing on the market. For the most part the same old inventory.
And I noticed the same thing that prices haven’t fallen much on really great houses in that area that have renovated kitchens and bathrooms and move in ready. Here is a house we liked but is sold. It sold for not much than the prices they purchased for in 2007.

Hopefully there is more on the market once we move there in a few months.
