I bought and will close escrow in 30 days.

Paying 28% off bubble high for ocean-view 3/2/2.

Price was acceptable, time to put family roots down and have a home for the family to call our own some day. Goal is to pay mortgage aggressively and have a clear deed in 5-7 years.
