In the early or mid 1990’s I looked at the condo’s/duplexes at bear creek (actually some were sfr’s), just like your third link, but I couldn’t get over the lack of fencing. I remember they were very nice and priced about 150k at the bottom of the last cycle but there was no back fence, the back of the house just opened up to the golf course. I took one look at that and thought “this is beautiful, but the dog won’t last a week and even if I figured out where to put the jacuzzi how am I going to get in and out of it naked?”
