I have a weber performer, was over 300 new. Its a charcoal grill with gas starter and I have used it for two season, grilled probably 3-5 days a week. It looks and works like new so I highly recommend them. I got the optional propane tank hookup which i also recommend. I think I fill the tank maybe twice a year.
I want to build a built in grill and would love to find a way to incorporate both a gas and charcoal solution but not sure thats possible.

pricey, but I had a Magma which clamped onto my sailboat pushpit for years. I think they make larger upright versions. Used it every week. I did have to replace the burner once though.
