GuestWe purchased a short sale from them.
We had a contact at the bank who had the sellers loan. Our contact pushed the short sale through and had the negotiator contact the Batiatta group. The bank did all the work and the house had been on the market for a year. It probably would have gone into foreclosure because of the length of time this bank takes to accept an offer. Our contact was able to push it through in 6 weeks.
The experience with the Battiata group was not at all pleasant. We went directly to them to get this house so they would get both ends of the deal. There is so much that went on that was so upsetting. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.
