Going by the circle of people I know, most people are making over 100% more today than we did 10 years ago.
AN, could this possibly be because “most of the people (you) know” were “students” ten years ago??
Those who were students are making several hundred % more if not infinite % more if they didn’t work during school. Those who just graduated college 10 years ago were making about $40-45k. After 10 years of industry experience, they’re making $90-110k. I know people who had 10 years experienced 10 years ago are making ~80% more today than they did 10 years ago.February 5, 2011 at 12:51 PM #663132anParticipant

Going by the circle of people I know, most people are making over 100% more today than we did 10 years ago.
