I have a few commercial agents that find deals for me. Starbucks just closed on the corner and where there was supposed to be some theatre they were going to open a restaurant and they backed out. All of that space underneath is empty….yea….empty in the good old heart of San Diego….where you can hear the ambulances all day long and live in a condo complex and pay high HOA’s……

I did not say it would go to 100 sq ft…I did say that I wouldn’t buy one for more than that though. But it will drop A LOT more….

To define terms:
“everyone” refers to all arm’s length buyers in that complex.
I was describing an observable fact, not a directing a course of action.
These observable facts help to guide someone who wants to know what it will cost to buy there. Not sure how that is either “dumb” or inaccurate as you have implied.
I agree that it would be stupid to buy above your means (especially after a pay cut) but nobody was talking about that.

The question was what this complex was selling for.
As far as my predictions for 9 months from now:
I don’t have a crystal ball.

We had dinner at Arrivederci on 4th two Saturdays ago…about 30 motorcycles went by in 10 seconds time (obviously a group of some sort)…the noise about knocked us out of our indoor seats! I’ve never heard a racket like that while eating dinner.

Funny to come on here today and read about the noise issues on 4th and 5th!

We love the area though. We’ve bought many a sculpture at Column One and watch movies at the Landmark on a regular basis.
