Beachtree is SEH, Weatherwood is OCR but that was my point earlier. There are plenty of communities in the area that offer equal or better value and better schools.

Be careful with these neighborhoods re: power lines. They are two of the closest neighborhoods to the power lines/ power towers. The first two are right next to the schools.
