ParticipantI agree w/CA renter. Were it not for subprime, free money, zero down, teaser rates, I/O, the normal cycle would’ve been around 2001.
As far as Europe, I have family and friends in Italy and they have their own troubles. Euro might beat the dollar, but they have their own economic woes to contend with.
