    Do you want good and reasonable or great but pricey?

    sdrealtor, can you provide both? My decision will be based on years of service and areas of expertise. I will most likely go with the “great” since buying home is a big investment. Do I need a great inspector for a home that is less than 10 years?

    The best inspector I have found is Richard Zak. Here’s his website.
