Participantsdrealtor, can you provide both? My decision will be based on years of service and areas of expertise. I will most likely go with the “great” since buying home is a big investment. Do I need a great inspector for a home that is less than 10 years?

ParticipantThe best inspector I have found is Richard Zak. Here’s his website.
He’s not cheap but is very thorough and really knows his stuff.
