    7567 Circulo Sequoia NOD and 7910 Via San Clemente NOD Name of selling agent appears as owner. Both on foreclosure list as well as MLS for almost a year now.Any info on these

    Worked for a builder most of his career. Tried to go it alone and was not successful.

    Sorry to hear this. Why doesn’t he ask the bank for a short sale and save himself.This will surely affect his credit(fico) score,or won’t it?

    Don’t know him personally but remember him working for the builders. IMHO He had no business buying a million dollar home.

    When you sell million dollar homes to people getting 100% loans and with average jobs,something whispers “hey I can do this and FLIP,FLIP,Flip. The greed factor is turned on. Poor guy.
    I just noticed his neighbor at 7562 Circulo Sequoia has a pending sign posted after a few months. Wonder if the buyer will get a subprime loan???
    A lot of homes came on the market recently- Circulo sequoia,Calle Palmito, and the Centex homes in 92009

    Many of those LCO homes are disressed sellers thrown in with a few early buyers hitting the 2 year mark.
