Hard to think of one at the moment. I don’t have time to do a search but most of cmr was built out by then. When you look on the MLS there is a field called community you can enter to do a search. CMR is the Carmel Mountain Ranch abbreviation. When I did a search using that parameter the only hits that came up for homes that were built in 2000 or newer were in The Bluffs just to the south of Ted Williams Parkway. There are other hits that came up in 92130 but I don’t think that is the Carmel Mtn Ranch that you are referring to.
