I wouldn’t hold my breath for MJ to be legalized, though I would like to see it happen also.
There are too many people making too much $$ by keeping it illegal, and too few people who would benefit financially from it becoming legal.
I am pretty convinced that the only reason it became illegal in the first place is that it enhances sex so much, uptight 1930s America thought women would become uncontrollable (gasp!).

It is cheap and can grow just about anywhere. I thought it was the logging companies that lobbyed congress to make it illegal. They didn’t want competition. They would rather cut down trees.
