Since it CV – I assume it’s at least 1990’s construction or newer. There may be some minor cracks in stucco – but nothing structural. Building codes did a major overhaul for earthquakes in the 70’s and 80’s – lots more diagonal bracing, addressing seismic load of brick fireplaces, etc…April 6, 2010 at 4:01 PM #536490UCGal

I have not heard of any damage in SD County due to the quake, besides a few books/vases/etc falling off shelves.
