Participanti asked my agent to kick in additional monies from his fees.
agreement provides for 4% to buyer’s agent, I normally get 15% of his commission by redfin contract.
is that bad form? I don’t care.

yeah, well, that’s all well and good, but i’ll bet you $5 the guy that wrote that book was a relentless self-promoter who sweated the small stuff. Carlson died on December 13, 2006, of a pulmonary embolism during a flight from San Francisco to New York, while on a promotion tour for his book Don’t Get Scrooged: How to Thrive in a World Full of Obnoxious, Incompetent, Arrogant and Downright Mean-Spirited People (2006). He was 45 years old. Just cause he died at 45 doesn’t mean he necessarily was high-strung and uptight. But it seems more likely. and yeah I’ve read the book.
Just because you’re trying to get the best deal possible doesn’t mean you’re sweating small stuff.
Yeah it doesn’t matter in the end, but nothing matters in the end.
