Here’s another place in PB asking only $300/square foot.

It last sold in 2000 for $422,500. That’s about $200/square foot. Could PB ever get back to those prices? That would be schweeet.

ParticipantI think of condos as the weakest link and have seen them come down in price. Hopefully the SFHs will follow.
